Approach
Defined project structure across anforderungen / prozesse / skills / reports / data; set up GitHub with a Kanban process; introduced Claude Code for automated website and code audits; built a reusable skills registry to capture patterns from every audit.
Result
Structured project foundation with governance framework, automated audit reports, and a clear action plan across 14 prioritised requirements for the insurance platform.
