About Me

I'm Luciano Sulaimon — Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer and increasingly technical Data Engineering Practitioner.

My background is in business analysis and requirements engineering. I have worked in consulting projects and learned how to structure requirements, engage stakeholders and align IT solutions with business objectives.

Over the past years I have deliberately built technical skills: data pipelines with Apache Airflow, ETL on AWS with Glue and Athena, real-time data processing with Kinesis and Lambda, machine learning with SageMaker and analytics engineering with dbt.

My approach is practical and results-oriented. I don't build academic demo projects — I design systems that solve concrete problems and document what I learn along the way.

I use Claude Code and AI-assisted workflows deliberately: for code assistance, project structuring, automated audits and documentation — not as a substitute for technical understanding, but as a tool that accelerates it.

I'm looking for roles and projects where I can combine business understanding with technical implementation — data engineering, analytics, cloud or AI-assisted solutions.
